Thaw in a bowl of cold water10-15min in plastic. Bake- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook for 25 minutes. Cover with foil after 15 minutes to avoid drying out.

2nd Best Method: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Grill- Put grill on high to heat up. Drop temp to medium/low, close lid and cook 12-15 minutes on the first side. Then flip
