Cooking Tips | Grill: 5-7 minutes on medium heat, when the meat at the base goes from clear to white, remove immediately. Steam: Add inch of water to large pot (large enough to accommodate the crab legs) then add to medium flame. Bring water to boil. Add crab legs and cover pot with lid. Cook for 5 minutes and remove. Delicious when served with garlic butter and lemon. Also you can serve cold as crab cocktail or salad with cocktail sauce or mayo and lemon. |
