Preparation

Thaw in a bowl of cold water 10-15 min in plastic.

Cooking Tip

CAUTION- After heating product is very hot!!.. For best results use kitchen shears to open pouch at one end. Microwave: Place pouch in small microwaveable baking dish. Cut 3 small slits in pouch. Microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) 10-12 minutes, turning dish halfway through heating. Let stand 2 minutes. Oven: Remove roast and gravy from pouch and place in small glass or aluminum baking pan. Cover roast with aluminum foil. Heat in preheated 425 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes or until hot. Boil-in-bag: Fill 4qt saucepan with water. Bring water to a boil. Carefully place pouch into water and heat 15-20 minutes. Carefully remove pot roast from package and serve.
