Do not thaw.

Oven:Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place desired number of servings on a foil lined or nonstick baking sheet allowing approximately 2 inches between pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Microwave place 1-2 portions on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high power for approximately 1-3 minutes.
